Food & Beverage Policy

You are welcome to bring in your own food or utilize any caterer. The Bank does not have a kitchenette, refrigerator, or disposal sink. All food and beverage must be prepared off premises. Following the event, all food and beverage containers must be removed from the premises.

For alcoholic beverages, we allow beer and wine only. You are allowed to bring in your own beer and wine or hire a professional bartending service to ensure a safe and controlled environment. Should you have alcoholic beverages at your event, we strongly encourage you to acquire additional event insurance or hire a bartending service with dramshop coverage. You must hire a professional bartending service if you intend to sell alcohol at your event.

Setup

You are responsible for the setup of the space and teardown to stack tables and chairs against the wall. You can set the room as you like!

If you need additional time past the rental timeframe to setup or cleanup, please reserve the appropriate additional time needed at the additional cost. The rental timeframe includes your setup and teardown allowance.

Restrictions:
-Decorations may not be hung on the walls using any method that could cause damage to the historic building. Painters tape is our recommended way to hang items to avoid damage
-Confetti or any small items that would be difficult to vacuum or sweep

The Little Book

The Bank is connected to the adult section of The Little Book with one open entryway between the spaces. The retail bookstore will be open during regular business hours regardless of an event taking place in The Bank. Proper signage will be posted to acknowledge a private event is taking place, patrons will be asked to be cognizant of private events, and stanchions will be placed in the open entryway to keep your event more private.

Should you reserve The Bank during a time when The Little Book is not open to the public, it will be your responsibility to ensure no theft or damage occurs to the portion of the bookstore connected

Cancellation Policy

The Bank is committed to providing a flexible and enjoyable event experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below prior to reserving the space.

• 61 days or more prior to reservation: A full refund will be issued.

• Less than 60-31 days prior to reservation: 50% facility rental fee will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days prior to reservation: Facility rental fee will not be refunded.

• Post Reservation: If the facility is reserved and not used, no refund for the facility rental fee will be issued
